RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love your pieces, but if for any reason you wish to return your order, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your item(s).

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We do not provide prepaid return labels for international orders.

Customers must arrange the shipment through a reliable, trackable courier (DHL, UPS, FedEx, Aramex, etc.)

We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or damaged during return transit

All return shipments must include tracking information

Returns sent without tracking will not be eligible for a refund.​

To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

Unused and unworn

In original condition

With all tags, labels and packaging intact

 

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or use will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, simply visit our Returns & Exchanges page and fill out the Return Request Form.
Once your form is submitted, our team will review your request and provide you  all the necessary instructions by email.

Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with the return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return arrives at our facility and passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Shipping fees are non-refundable

Customs duties or import taxes (if charged at delivery) are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Swimwear bottoms (if hygiene protection is removed)

Used items

Damaged or altered products

Currency & Payments

Prices may be displayed in your local currency for convenience.
However, all payments and refunds are processed in EUR at checkout.

Exchange rate differences or bank conversion charges are not covered by Amour et Naturel.
