We do not provide prepaid return labels for international orders.

We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or damaged during return transit
All return shipments must include tracking information
Returns sent without tracking will not be eligible for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be:
Unused and unworn
In original condition
With all tags, labels and packaging intact
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or use will not be accepted.

Once your form is submitted, our team will review your request and provide you all the necessary instructions by email.Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with the return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return arrives at our facility and passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable
Customs duties or import taxes (if charged at delivery) are non-refundable
